• Post the Investment made and upon the full payment received by the investor, the Platform/Company will proceed with the registration of the share of the commercial property of the Investor. The said registration documentation of the property shall be dispatched to the investor through the reputed courier service partnered with the Platform/Company. • All couriers dispatched after 5 PM Indian Standard Time shall be delivered on the succeeding business day or on such day the courier service assures. • Business days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays • You will be notified through SMS and E-mail on the registered number of the tentative delivery time of your courier. • Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at the discretion of third-party delivery partners. • Courier partners are reputed courier services available for all destinations covered by them. • The Delivery is considered to be completed once the courier has been handed over by the Delivery Executive to you.

• www.realbits.org does not deliver its Investors Registration documents internationally. You are more than welcome to make your investment on our site from any corner of the world but you shall appoint a local guardian to receive your registration details. • We may use private post, our own delivery sources and/or any third party delivery executives depending on your location to deliver your registration documents safely and timely to you. • The service may be delivered based on current circumstances and availability. The Company is not liable or responsible for any delay in the delivery made to international investors.

• All the documents pertaining to the registration of the said property shall be dispatched through the courier partner of the Company and the orders can be tracked after logging by the Investor on www.realbits.org which will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners as well. • We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your courier. You can also see the tracking number in your history panel in your account on the Platform when you login. • All communication related to your order will be communicated with you after every stage of the process.
