Refunds and ReturnsPolicy

We thank You and appreciate Your Investment in the property listed on REAL BITS. Please read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other processes carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about Your rights and obligations as a User of our platform, concerning any, Investment You make, through the use of the Platform unless specifically stated otherwise on the property listed on the Platform. Key Refund Scenarios: • If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the User listing the Commercial Property in order to gather investments through crowdfunding, the set target amount needed for the property is not reached during the timeline of crowdfunding, the Platform/Company shall refund the full investment invested by those investors in the property listed till the date of closing of the timeline. • In the event the Commercial Property listed on the Platform is having any discrepancies during the due diligence process conducted by the Platform/Company, the full investment invested by the investors/users of the Platform shall be refunded Important Notes: • All refunds will be subjected to miscellaneous charges and Payment Gateway Charges. All refunds shall proceed after deduction of these charges by the Platform. • All refunds shall be credited within 30 to 45 working days into the Account details provided by the Investor on the Platform. • The same shall be communicated to You through SMS and E-mail Id You have provided us. • We are not liable for any Cancellation/refunds/payments for those investments done on the same property on other Third-Party Platforms.

• In case a User of the Platform has not complied with the norms, terms and conditions as listed for listing the said commercial property on the Platform, the Platform reserves a right to De-List and Un-List the same property and proceed with the refund of all the investments till date made by the Investors. • The Investor can send an E-mail attaching all the detail of the issues or non-compliance or incorrect property details if any to info@realbits.org • Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and You will receive an email letting You know Your Refund is under process.

• As a User, You do not have a right to request for cancellation of Your investment in the said property after making the necessary investment. In such a case we will not refund any investment, if any, already furnished by You for the property listed. Any refund on discrepancies during the conduction of Due Diligence or if the target is not reached yet will be as per Clause 1 of this policy. • The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): - if it suspects an investor has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or - if it suspects Investor has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or - in case of unavailability of the Property, or - For any reason outside the control of the Platform including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties. - if the Platform does not want to do business with the prospective Investor • Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of the property and investment needed, the details of a property as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect information provided to the Company by the person listing the Property and in such an event You shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel Your order and refund any and all investment that may have been invested by You towards the invested property. The refunds under this clause shall be subject to miscellaneous charges and other payment gateway charges. • We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users of this platform and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any transactions or activity by them in future.

• Refunds will be issued by either through Cheque or through Bank Transfer only. You will not incur any fees as a result of such return however we may deduct certain miscellaneous charges and/or payment gateway charges if any before proceeding with your refund as per this Policy. • Once we are in receipt of any or all of the grounds of refund as stated above, the property will be delisted and unlisted from the Platform and the Refund will be proceeded according to the Bank Account Details provided by you on the registration of this Platform within 30 to 45 business days.
